Counting on our experience and vast technical expertise, we are engaged in offering Demineralisation Plants also called as DM Plant/ Water Demineralisation Plant. We are known as the topmost manufacturer of the industry. All our plants are well engineered to completely remove mineral salts from the water. Working on the principle of ion exchange process, these plants are integrated with durable quality cation & anion exchangers. Offered in various models and different specifications, our Demineralisation Plant ensures good economical value.
Features
Reduced level of TDS
Equipped with degasification system to remove all kinds of minerals
Low power consumption
Demineralisation Plant
Demineralisation plant designed by us is based on cost efficient ion technology with counter-current regeneration. It involves the process of removing mineral salts from water with the use of ion exchange. Our DM plants are also loaded with efficient CATION & ANION exchanger and are installed with degasification system that helps in removing every trace of minerals. Raw water also called influent water is passed through the CATION resin bed which contains SAC Resin in H + form. Mg, Ca, and Na are removed, and the salts get converted to their respective acids.
Thereafter, corresponding acid containing ANIONS such as Cl, SO4, NO3, etc. are eliminated by passing the CATION effluent through ANION column comprising ANION resin in Hydroxyl Form. This hydrogen ion from the CATION neutralizes hydroxyl ion & produces pure water. There is a demineralization bed with strong CATIONS & ANIONS in order to produce purest water.
FREEION ENGINEERING provides Standard DM Plants with FRP/ Mild Steel Rubber Lining and has SS 316 L (Quartz Lined) construction. Application
Demineralised water plant is widely used for Distilled Water, Beverages, Boilers Feed Water, Fertilizer, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical Industries, Battery Water, Induction Furnace, Food Processing, Steel Plant, Electro Plating, Electronics, Laboratories, Hospital, Automobile, Potable Water, Textiles, etc.
